Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration and Security

Provide accurate, current, and complete details when registering. A username must contain 6 to 13 letters or numbers, while a password must contain 6 to 12 letters or numbers. Users must not create duplicate accounts, submit misleading information, or use another person’s identity.

User Responsibilities

Users must use a valid payment method registered in their own name. Operating an account for another person, using proxies for unlawful activity, or engaging in abusive, threatening, misleading, or fraudulent conduct toward other users is prohibited.

Platform Use Rules

The JL89 platform is provided solely for personal entertainment by eligible Philippine adults aged 21 and above. No part of the service may be resold, commercially redistributed, copied, scraped, republished, or reused without prior permission, including its content, data, layout, and design elements.

Automated bots, scripts, unauthorised tools, and deceptive technical methods must not be used on the platform. Attempts to manipulate games, promotions, accounts, or transactions may lead to access restrictions, account suspension, or closure, subject to the applicable platform terms and review. Play responsibly and never treat gaming as a source of guaranteed income.

Payments and Financial Transactions

Transactions for Philippine users are presented in PHP (₱). Deposit and withdrawal limits, available payment channels, processing requirements, and other conditions may vary by account and can change.
